AIRFIX

Due to their legal departments intractable stance we (along with many others) have had to delete all our pictures of their products. This is the only company we know of who behave in this bullying manner. The lack of pictures has had an affect on sales and dramatically on our profits. I think i am going to have to dig out my digital camera again. 

When you want a British plane or a British Royal Navy ship then Airfix is fast becoming the kit of choice by many, many modellers. And why not? they are a fully owned British brand again and are part of modelling folk lore. Their new kits have been quiet well received and they deserve our/your support.  

RE-CYCLING NEWS.

SITE NEWS

Hi,just a quick note to all you Eco-Warriors out there. All of our packaging is re-cycled from the packets /boxs etc of goods delivered to our shop by our suppliers. This includes: cardboard boxs, bubblewrap, polystyrene foam, airbags and envelopes. We have not yet found a re-cycled parcel tape, but we live in hope.

Price Increases
Hornby seem to be having a problem with new items not arriving as scheduled (in fact seriously overdue). This appears to be due  to the fact that their factory in China went belly up and was bought by the company that owns Bachman. If you know different then let us know.

WE HAVE RECENTLY STARTED TRADING WITH A NEW SUPPLY COMPANY CALLED "ESDEVIUM GAMES" AND OUR STOCK POSITION ON ROLE PLAYING GAMES IS MUCH IMPROVED.

 There seems to be no halt in the relentless price increases on products produced in the far east ( which is 90% of them). However we will only apply increases to new stock (unlike some companies). Keeping a website like ours up to date is a big task, so there are plenty of bargains to be had.

TUES to SAT 0930hrs to 1700hrs. except WEDS when we close for 1hr between 1400hrs to 1500hrs.And of course NO Sundays/Mondays or Bank Holidays trading.
