These are the Terms and conditions of The Model Shop of 167 Witton street,Northwich,Cheshire.CW9 5EA

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.It is important that users check

these Terms and Conditions each time they place an order and ensure that they accept current Terms and

Conditions.

Privacy Notice.

The Model Shop does not pass on customer information to third parties.

Customers orders.

By placing an order you have deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions.

Pricing.

Pricing is in £s sterling,and VAT (except books) at current rate and is exclusive of postage and packaging.We reserve the right to amend prices from time to time.

Availability

All products in The Model Shop online store are subject to availability.If any product is out of stock you will be

notified by post ,phone or e-mail.

Payment

Payment can be made by Debit/Credit card (PayPal or Nochex) or by Cheque (allow seven days to clear) or Postal order (uncrossed). Please note: that Nochex payments will appear on your card statement as Nochex and not The Model Shop.

Payment required within seven(7) days from date of order. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of your order.

Confirmation.

A confirmation of your order will be given/sent with a reference number if ordering by phone or in writing if by post and by e-mail if on-line.

We reserve the right NOT to accept any order.

Cancellation.

Orders must be cancelled before despatch by e-mail/post/phone.Your money will then be refunded by the same

method as used for payment.

Returns Policy.

Re the EU Distance Selling Directive,you are entitled to return your order within 7 days of receipt.The returned goods must be unopened and unused and in a resaleable condition.To return goods:

a: Phone/e-mail us to advise what they are

b: Obtain proof of postage when returning goods

We will refund your money (once the goods have been received and checked)by the same method of payment as the

original payment.You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted goods.If damaged in transit we must be advised

immediately.A full refund or replacement as requested by you will be made upon receipt.

Delivery.

We deliver throughout the UK and overseas using Royal Mail/Parcel Force.Orders are depatched within 3 working days.

Postage and packaging costs are as follows.
